I was really impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, as everything was super clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The transportation service was a game-changer, with free buses departing every 30 minutes to the holy site. the hotel staff were friendly and were great too accommodate our needs. I also appreciated the location, with numerous restaurants and shops just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the area.

Having WiFi and an electric kettle in my spotless room was really great. It was equipped with a bathtub. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, just off a restaurant and the bus stop, in a really quiet area. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Masjid al Qatari😃

I had a lovely family suite that fit all seven of us, which was super convenient! The ensuite bathroom was a lifesaver, and the location was just a short taxi ride from the holy site, making it easy to get around. Plus, the Wi-Fi was always strong, which was great for staying connected!

The reception staff could really use some training—they were pretty slow and unhelpful at check-in. It was a bit annoying, especially for my elderly mom who got tired waiting. a shuttle service to the holy site would have made our stay much smoother!
